Our Scope of Work

1. Create an enhanced AV system for sharing content from a PC, Document Camera, Laptop and a Wireless Presentation device and also have the ability for wireless collaboration from mobile devices, soft codec (Skype for Business and Zoom).  The system needs to also provide a AV lecture capture system that will receive audio from the audio DSP and video for the content being shared as well as an instructor camera feed.
2. The AV System should include ceiling mounted speakers, an ADA compliant assisted listening system, wireless lapel microphone for the instructor and a wireless hand held microphone to be passed around the classroom.  The presenter should be able to share video/audio content from a mobile device (i.e. laptop, phone, USB).
3. The AV system should have a Control System that will provide room control for ON/OFF, AV source selection, program and wireless microphone volume and mute, video camera PTZ, projector ON/OFF and projection screen UP/DOWN.
4. The display for the room will include 2 projectors and 2 motorized screens that will be controlled from the lectern mounted AMX touch panel and a lectern mounted monitor will provide feedback to the instructor and will display the same content as the projectors or be used to see the instructors Video Camera to adjust the broadcasted view of the instructor.
5. AV equipment will be located in the lectern rack just below the lectern, the cabinet should be able to lock into place and have a lockable front door for security.
